Diocesan MU Members’ Meeting
Guildford Diocese members’ meeting – all welcome.
This is an informal gathering, so people can drop in for an hour or two or stay the whole time.
Refreshments will be available from 3.00 to 4.30 (served by Margaret from New Haw branch) and people can always make themselves a cuppa after that time.
Donations should be taken to the MU office in the church hall at the end of the car park, and if anyone could volunteer to ‘man’ the office and sort out donations, that would be very helpful. Trish Brown has confirmed that she is happy to accept knitted hats and blankets.
Magazines will be available to collect from the parish room and we plan to re-mount the exhibition from the cathedral in the church. If any of the members who helped set things up at the cathedral are able to come and help re-assemble the displays from 2.30 onwards, that would be an enormous help.
